We encourage our clients to keep their pet's medical records in a secure place. You will need these records for proof of vaccination anytime your pet is boarded or groomed.
If you have misplaced your pet's medical records and need a copy of them, please call (817)790-0697. You will need to leave a detailed message with your name, your pet's name, a contact number, and a fax or email address to where you would like these records sent. Please be aware that it can take up to
three business days to retrieve your pet's records. You can also email us at
